Dementholised Mint Oil (DMO) is the oil left after crystallization and separation of menthol from Mentha arvensis oil. It retains the minty aroma but has a much lower menthol content, making it an excellent flavoring and cooling agent in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications.
